For me, the one thing I would change about EFS is the way that it encourages unit and engineer spamming as the way to win. Whoever is best at spamming out units and engineers is the one who wins. sourceforge.net provides both CVS and SVN for free.

Idea: The Bene Gesserit can still be like the church if the technologies they hate are things like "Male Bene Gesserit Development" and "Bloodline Control" and "Thinking Machines" and all those things... which is not too different from the techs that the Church of EOFS ...
