EFS.EXE or EFSHYP.EXE for Emperor Wars - Reality Mod?

Is it better to use the Hyperion version of EFS.EXE (EFSHYP.EXE) for this mod? Thank you.

IIRC the Hyperion exe's difference is that it allows the symbiots to build spaceships and boosts the leagua agora restocking resource amounts. Symbiots can't build spaceships in the standard exe, thus the Hyperion exe allows the symbiots to send conquesting fleets beyond what they initially have. So I would say that for a more challenging game you could use EFSHYP.EXE in any mod.
