Hover mvmnt in EFS - how to correct

In Nova, Hover "movement" can go over water while it cannot in EFS. How was this done for Nova?? - was a particular "Dat" table modified? Thank you

A bit different: In Nova we did not change the oruginal movememnts. In Hyperion the original movements got another meaning, because some attacks are hardcoded directly w/ movement types.

Thank you. Perhaps I should rephrase my question. What would I need to do in EFS "classic", version 1.4, to enable the Kestrel Hover Tank to be able to move over water? Is there a simple change that should be made in one of the "Dat" files? Thank you

I'm not sure, but I think we just changed the terrain cost for Hover units in Ocean (in TERRCOST.DAT) from zero to something non-zero.

Changing movement cost on water from 0 to positive number is enough.
