Hyperion Patch V1.375 Updated to Fix Crashing Bug!

Thanks to Deathifier's help, I've updated the Hyperion patch to fix the crashing bug with the Random19FEB01 galaxy.<p>The only change is that the League Bulk Hauler's movement has been changed from 5 to 3 points.
