Updated Random19FEB01 Ready for Testers!

I've updated the Random19FEB01 Scenario and I think it is ready for some people to test it if they so desire.<p>The galaxy can be downloaded here:<p> [url=http://www.blance.com\hyperion\downloads\Random19FEB01.1.zip]www.blance.com\hyperion\downloads\Random19FEB01.1.zip[/url] <p>The only changes I've made is to take away the League Naval Units as I think this was the main reason why they were crashing.<p>Please test it and either send me an email or post comments.<p>Matt
