league bulk haulers

Postby Tainted Pikachu » Mon Aug 16, 2004 10:17 pm

i haven't notice one enter orbit of kish since the begining of my sp game, and it's been like 40 turns.

then i read in hyperion history that league bulk hauler move points were reduced back to 3 because of some bug when version 1.375 was made

now, in 1.4 league bulk haulers have a movement of 9. any connections, and is it supposed to be so?

Maybe I've been fortunate, but it doesn't seem to crash anymore, although I know the bug is still there.

tkobo has gotten to year 5640 and so I'm not sure if he made League Bulk Haulers and Freighters be 3 movement or left them the way they are.

That's right - forgot about that.

Do you remember the last time you saw one (i.e. 5050, 5150, etc.)?

Dunno if this helps, but I keep seeing them around all the time. However, all the games have been still on the early stages - lot's of restart due me being new to the game.

Off topic, but huge thanks for the patch and please keep working with it, it adds a lot to the game. I just found out about the game and am already loving it and your patch.

Technology reference charts as .jpgs, .pdfs or something similar might be a good idea however.

ham:

In game, there are the Manowitz volumes which have detailed information with "mini" tech trees, complete unit listings, etc.

Just go to the Archives menu and select Volumes 1 - 5.

I also have a unit reference section on my website here:

http://www.twarriors.com/~hyperion/reference.html

I don't have a tech tree up there, yet, but the unit information is organized in such a way to make it a nice reference when playing the game.

No, sorry. I made peace with them the instant they declared war,so i didnt see much of them to begin with.

I'd guess that they still had some transport ships til well after 5100 though.I base this on the fact that they seemed able to restock the agoras on Bizantium, if no where esle.
