Hyperion Page Updated and New Tutorial

I've updated the Hyperion Webpage and I've added a Tutorial that takes you through the first few turns using the Hyperionized Version of the Original EFS Galaxy. This tutorial is designed for players new to the game and so far covers the years A.D. 4956 - 4959.<p>I will be adding the years 4960 and beyond soon as I continue to playtest the creation of the tutorial.<p>Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.<p>Matt<p>P.S.
